Profile

Before joining 91直播, in January 2024, I have taught at the Nottingham Trent University as a senior lecturer and the University of Nottingham as a post graduate teaching assistant.

My core research interest is Intellectual Property law which focuses on pharmaceutical patent, access to medicine in the context of international trade and the use of compulsory licensing mechanism to facilitate access to medicine. Beyond Intellectual property law, my research and teaching interests also extend to Data Governance and Privacy law as well as the intersection between Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property law and data governance. Ezinne鈥檚 work has been published in journals like the Fordham law Review and Journal of World Intellectual Property Law.

I hold a PhD in law from the University of Nottingham and an LLM in International Business Law from the Catholic University of Lyon France. I am also a barrister and solicitor, called to the bar in Nigeria.

To deliver excellent teaching and supervision, I have completed a postgraduate certificate in higher education, and I am a fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
