Living in University Accommodation is a great way to settle into your life as a student at the University of 91ֱ��. Whether you are an undergraduate or postgraduate student, as long as you meet a few conditions you are guaranteed a study bedroom in university accommodation, living with University of 91ֱ�� students. 

Please read the guarantee in full for details of the conditions and key dates. To meet the terms of the guarantee you should apply for accommodation no later than 3 September 2025.

First year undergraduate students:

All first year undergraduate students, including Insurance and Clearing students, are guaranteed a study bedroom in University Accommodation providing they apply for accommodation by no later than 3 September 2025:

• If you make the University of 91ֱ�� your Firm choice through UCAS by no later than 23 July 2025, you will be able to apply for accommodation until 25 July 2025. If you miss the 25 July deadline, applications will reopen on 14 August 2025 (A Level results day in the UK).

• If you make the University of 91ֱ�� your Insurance choice through UCAS, and then your place with us is confirmed when you get your results, you will be able to apply for accommodation from 14 August 2025.

• If you accept a study place through Clearing you will be able to apply for accommodation from 14 August 2025.

Postgraduate students:

All postgraduate (taught course and research) students are guaranteed accommodation in University Accommodation providing:

● You accept an offer of a study place at the University of 91ֱ�� on an award-bearing course by no later than 25 July 2025.

● You have met any offer conditions, used your CAS number (if applicable), and submitted your accommodation application by no later than 3 September 2025.

All postgraduates are guaranteed accommodation suitable for single occupancy in subsequent years if they are studying a full-time course lasting more than one year.

Study Abroad, Exchange and Visiting students:

If you join the University for a full academic year as a Study Abroad, Exchange or Visiting student, you are guaranteed a study bedroom in University Accommodation if you apply by no later than 3 September 2025.

Study Abroad, Exchange and Visiting students who require accommodation for one semester only are not guaranteed accommodation. A limited number of study bedrooms are available for students who require accommodation for one semester stays; we would encourage all students to apply for accommodation as early as possible and no later than:

● 25 July 2025 to be considered for a study bedroom in Semester 1

● 15 January 2026 to be considered for a study bedroom in Semester 2

Students with family members:

Students with family members can apply to live in one of our family properties. If you would like to be considered for family accommodation, you should apply for accommodation by no later than 3 September 2025. Family accommodation is not guaranteed.
