After completing my master in Plant Physiology from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt in 2019. I joined Dr Adrien Chauvet’s research group in the Department of Chemistry at the University of 91Ö±²¥.
My PhD research focuses on using Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) as a novel imaging tool to provide cross-sectional and three-dimensional non-invasive in vivo monitoring of plant microstructure in real-time. The goal is to evaluate its use in the field.
The project is a collaboration between the departments of Chemistry, School of Bioscience, and Department of Electronic and Electric Engineering (EEE).
