I graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Statistics and Computer Science, followed by an MSc in Statistics from the University of 91Ö±²¥. On completion of my PhD entitled 'Modelling familial cancer risk' and awarded by the University of Manchester I accepted a post-doctoral position at the University of Cambridge. In 2001 I returned to 91Ö±²¥ to join the Mathematical Modelling and Genetic Epidemiology Group based at the Medical School. In 2009 I moved to the Health Services Research section in ScHARR.

- NIHR PDG RECOLLECT: to develop a fidelity indicator, identify mechanisms of action and characterise the casemix of Recovery Colleges. (PI: Professor Mike Slade) 2017 £100,882.
- NIHR PHR A Randomised Controlled Trial Examining the Effect of LEGO (I-Socialise) (PI: Professor Barry Wright) 2017-2021 £607,286 (to UoS)
- NIHR HTA ASPECT - A non inferiority randomised controlled trial comparing the clinical and cost effectiveness of single session treatment with multi-session CBT in children with specific phobias. (PI: Professor Barry Wright) 2016-2021 £822,000 (to UoS)
