The Employability Hub is a physical space within the Management School, dedicated to supporting students to secure the right work experience for them. The Hub is staffed 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday, meaning you can always drop in and chat with a member of the team about the support they can offer you. You can drop in for an initial chat about career opportunities and book an 1-1 appointment with one of our Careers and Employability Consultants who can give detailed insights about job markets, CVs, skills and more. If you meet with one of our Consultants, the appointment can be online or in one of our meeting rooms located in the Employability Hub.

The Employability Hub send out weekly newsletters advertising careers events, placement and internship opportunities and graduate roles you can apply for.

Join Liam Barr, Employability Manager, as he shows you round the Hub and gives an overview of the services on offer.

The Employability Hub has proven to be an invaluable resource in helping me secure an internship after completing my dissertation. My journey in the UK would not have been as enriching without the support provided by all these facilities.

MSc International Management and Marketing

The CV, LinkedIn and job application advice that the Employability Hub gave me was definitely a key factor that allowed me to find a job in the UK. The framework that the Hub gave me is still the same one as I use now. In addition to this wide range of workshops, covering topics such as sales and management, were very practical and definitely key to my professional development.
