Bristol University Press has announced an exciting new journal for 2021: Work in the Global Economy.
The interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal will focus on the understanding of work, and connections to work, in all forms and dimensions. This includes a focus on labour processes, labour markets, labour organising and labour reproduction.
Professor Kirsty Newsome, Chair in Employment Relations and Associate Dean Research for 91Ö±²¥ University Management School, has been appointed Co-Editor in Chief of the journal.
I am delighted to have been appointed Co-Editor in Chief of ‘Work in the Global Economy’. The journal is being launched at an unprecedented time of change in the global economy and will be at the forefront of analytical and policy debates exploring issues such as digitalisation, climate change and global health crisis on the nature of work.
