Research Services at 91Ö±²¥ and the Office of Research, Innovation & Development (ORID) at The University of Ghana have been collaborating for several years to share experience and good practice in research management. These mobilities enabled the teams to develop a shared understanding of research management in the context of each university, and directly supported professional development and capacity building for both teams.
