Our programme of research brings together a team of disabled and non-disabled researchers from India, Singapore, Australia, Canada and the UK

Dan Goodley (University of 91Ö±²¥, UK) is the Principal Investigator of Disability Matters collaborating with an esteemed international group of disabled co-investigators:

  • and (Ambedkar University, India)
  • (University of Toronto, Canada), 
  • (University of South Wales, Australia)
  • (National Institute of Education/Nanyang Technological University, Singapore).

We are supported by a Programme Manager Rhea Halsey who will support the team to delivery the programme objectives.

Each of the programme sites boast a number of emerging scholars and research associates:

  • University of Toronto - Dr Elaine Cagulada
  • University of New South Wales - to be announced

We will also be supported by an International Academics Group which will include world leading disabled researchers who will help support the aims and aspirations of Disability Matters. We will invite a number of colleagues to help govern the project, supported by three esteemed permanent members:
