Jana Bennett
Dr Jana Bennett is Professor of Religious Studies at the University of Dayton.

Based at the University of Dayton since 2008, Dr Bennett gives frequent lectures on disability, technology and religious thought.
Also the managing editor for Disability and Religion, Dr Bennett is the author of several books and articles on technology and disability in religion.
Dr Bennett gives public lectures on a range of topics including marriage and sexuality, war and peace, environmental care, and Christian asceticism.
I’m interested in discussing the leadership potential of higher education chaplains for cultivating good digital and religious communities that engage students, faculty, and staff with disabilities.

- Contemplation as moral theology
- Marriage, singleness, and sexuality
- Bioethics with a focus on disability
- Feminism and moral theology
Other interests include thinking about new forms of community for the 21st century, as in Singleness and the Church: A New Theology of Singleness (Oxford University Press, 2017).
