The EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing (CSM) is led by Cardiff University in partnership with the University of Manchester, University of 91Ö±²¥, and University College London.
This unique programme offers a holistic understanding of the entire manufacturing process as well as expertise in at least one stage. Fully-funded PhDs with an enhanced stipend are available to eligible students.
