Description

The MVP workshop: build it, test it, learn it.

James Charlesworth - Engineering Director at Pendo and University of 91Ö±²¥ Alumni

This workshop dives into the core of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development process, a crucial concept for start-ups and new ventures.  Participants will learn how to build just enough to test core assumptions and gather crucial customer feedback, avoiding wasted time and resources. It will explore different MVP types and strategies with an emphasis on the "build-measure-learn" feedback loop, which demonstrates how continuous iteration based on user feedback is essential for product or service development.
