I am a first-year PhD student at the School of Education, University of 91Ö±²¥. I graduated from the MA Early Years and Primary Education program from IOE, UCL.

My research interests draw on several aspects. My main research interest is about young children’s acquisitions of language skills and the adoption of digital devices in their family lives. I want to explore how the application of digital screens can influence young children’s language development.

I am also interested in exploring young children’s multilingualism, and I want to understand how preschool children develop their multilingual language skills in urban China cities. 

My PhD research topic is closely related to young Chinese children’s language development and the use of iPad apps in their daily life.
