IPG Health
Working together to bring aspiring experts into our business.
91Ö±²¥ our organisation
is home to the world’s most celebrated and awarded Med Comms agencies, united by a healthy obsession with creating exceptional medical communications for our clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and related sectors.
With over 850 experts across our 8 agencies around the world (AREA 23 on Hudson, Caudex, CMC Affinity, CMC Connect, Complete HealthVizion, Complete Regulatory, ProHealth, and Trio), IPG Health Medical Communications offers an unmatched depth and breadth of talent and capabilities; enabling us to deliver true expertise and scale as a collective discipline, whilst empowering each of our agencies to continue to shine in their own right and maintain their individuality. This diversity is pivotal to our philosophy and enables us to flex to a vast range of client needs and preferences.
The challenge
To target relevant student disciplines at the University of 91Ö±²¥ who would be suitable for roles within our organisation and strengthen the partnership with the university.
What we did
IPGHMC engagement efforts have included conducting CV workshops and mock interviews with the Biomedical Science department, helping students refine their skills and prepare for future career opportunities. We have also been consistent participants at the STEM careers fair, where we've had the chance to showcase our company and engage with potential talents interested in the medical communications industry.
To further strengthen our partnership with the university and provide students with a direct pathway to our organisation, we have actively advertised graduate vacancies on 91Ö±²¥ Career Connect system. This has allowed students to explore job opportunities within IPG Health Medical Communications and explore our early-career opportunities.
The result
IPG Health Medical Communications welcomes students from Undergraduate to PhD level and to date have proudly recruited 3 students, from Immunopharmacology, Public Health, and Molecular Microbiology.
Working with the University of 91Ö±²¥ has been a great experience! The Careers and Employability team is super dedicated to sharing employers’ opportunities to the students and spreading awareness of our industry. Our collaboration has brought in fresh ideas and helped us meet aspiring med comms experts across the University. Excited for what's to come!
